What the price includes
Exclusive use of the estate for your dates, venue use for up to 200 event guests, overnight stay for up to 45 guests, and use of our available tables, chairs, ceremony arches and decor. Catering, planning and other outside services are not included; you may bring your own vendors.
Taxes
A 6% tax is shown separately on every quote, subject to verification of the applicable tax rules.
Card payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch this site. A 3% card processing fee is added to each card payment and shown before you pay. Zelle payments, coordinated directly with the owner, carry no fee.
Payment options
Pay the full booking amount at reservation, or pay in two installments: 50% at reservation and the remaining 50%, with the refundable damage deposit, by the due date shown on your confirmation. Reservations made within 30 days of check-in are paid in full.
Refundable damage deposit
A $300 damage deposit is collected with the final payment and refunded within 14 days after check-out if there is no damage claim.
Cancellation and refunds
The reservation payment is non-refundable, but it can be credited toward other dates at our current pricing when you ask in writing at least four weeks before your check-in date.
Reservation documents
Before a booking is confirmed, the person booking uploads a valid government-issued photo ID and signs the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver electronically. ID documents are encrypted, seen only by the owner, and deleted automatically 30 days after check-out.
Early arrival, late departure and pets
Check-in is at or after 4 pm and checkout by 11 am. Early access, late checkout and pets need the owner's approval in advance; any charge is quoted and agreed before your stay.
How to pay
- Card: choose your dates on the calendar, complete the reservation and pay on Stripe’s secure page. A 3% processing fee is added to each card payment and shown before you pay.
- Zelle: choose Zelle when you reserve. Send the amount shown to springchunsu@gmail.com with your booking number in the memo. The owner confirms each payment by email.
- Confirmations: after every payment you and the owner receive an email with your booking number, the payment’s transaction reference, the amount paid, the total paid so far and the remaining balance.
- Reminders: if you pay in two installments, we email a reminder two days before the balance is due and again on the due date, with a secure payment link. Reminders stop as soon as you pay.
