This notice explains what The Willows At Rosa Estates, a property of Rosa Estates LLC, collects when you use this website, send a request or make a reservation, why, and the choices you have.

- To verify the identity of the person booking and keep the signed documents for the stay.
Who we share it with
Our service providers only: hosting, email and text messaging, and Stripe for card payments. We do not sell personal information.
Photo IDs
ID documents are encrypted when stored, seen only by the owner and people the owner authorizes, used only to verify the person booking, and deleted automatically 30 days after check-out unless needed for a damage or safety claim.
How long we keep it
[Retention periods, e.g. requests that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months; booking records as tax law requires.]
