Choose the setting that feels like you: the Willow Tree Grove & Garden Patio, with its white gazebo and rose beds beneath the willows, or the covered Back Patio with its turf lawn and raised timber stage. The indoor party room is ready if the weather turns.

The bridal suite has lit vanity stations, a lounge and mirrors for hair and makeup. Nine bedrooms and 21 beds, plus daybeds and extra mattresses, mean the wedding party and family can arrive the day before and stay through the send-off.

Your reception, your vendors

Your price includes our 10 rectangular and 10 round tables, 100 chairs, 4 ceremony arches and our decorative signs and decor. Bring the caterer, florist, photographer and DJ you love; there are no food or drink restrictions, and our Guestbook lists local vendors who deliver to the estate.

The Willows At Rosa Estates is a private country estate in Greater Houston, at 1282 County Road 381 S, Cleveland, TX 77328. Some map apps send you to County Road 381 N. Keep driving south about 0.2 miles; the house is on your left.

Where can we hold the wedding ceremony?

Choose from two ceremony sites: the Willow Tree Grove & Garden Patio, or the covered Back Patio with its turf lawn and raised stage. The indoor party room is there for a rainy day.

Yes. The manor's bridal suite has lit vanity stations, a lounge and mirrors for getting ready together, and the wedding party can stay overnight.

How many guests can you host?

Outdoor events of up to 200 guests, with overnight accommodations in the manor for up to 45 guests.

What is included in the price?

Exclusive use of the 12-acre estate, venue use for up to 200 guests, overnight stay for up to 45, and use of our 10 rectangular tables, 10 round tables, 100 chairs, 4 ceremony arches and our decorative signs and decor, with no separate rental charges for these items.

Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

There are no food or drink restrictions. You can bring your own caterer and wedding vendors, and many local caterers, rental companies and florists deliver to the house. The Digital Guestbook lists local caterers, rental companies and florists that deliver to the estate.

Is there an indoor or covered option if it rains?

Yes. The Back Patio is covered, and the manor has an indoor party room that works for dinners, dancing or a ceremony.

Is there a noise curfew?

10 pm to 8 am, with no loud outdoor music after 10 pm. There is one neighbour beside the house.

How do payments work?

Pay the full amount when you reserve, or pay in two installments: 50% at reservation and the rest by the due date on your confirmation. Pay by card through Stripe, or by Zelle coordinated with the owner. You receive an email confirmation after every payment, and reminders before an installment is due.
