Enjoy exclusive use of our 12-acre private estate with straightforward pricing for events of up to 200 guests. Your price includes our available tables, chairs, ceremony arches, decorations and other provided amenities, with no separate rental charges for these items.

We keep pricing simple so you can focus on celebrating, not on navigating add-on packages.

How many guests can you host?

Outdoor events of up to 200 guests, with overnight accommodations in the manor for up to 45 guests.

What is included in the price?

Exclusive use of the 12-acre estate, venue use for up to 200 guests, overnight stay for up to 45, and use of our 10 rectangular tables, 10 round tables, 100 chairs, 4 ceremony arches and our decorative signs and decor, with no separate rental charges for these items.

Pricing & included amenities
Is catering or event planning included?

No. The price covers the venue, the manor and our furniture and decor. Catering, bar service, planning, photography, music, florals and extra rentals are arranged by you with your own vendors.

How many bedrooms and beds does the manor have?

9 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 21 beds, plus additional bedding options including daybeds, air mattresses and full-size mattresses. It sleeps up to 45 guests overnight.

How do payments work?

Pay the full amount when you reserve, or pay in two installments: 50% at reservation and the rest by the due date on your confirmation. Pay by card through Stripe, or by Zelle coordinated with the owner. You receive an email confirmation after every payment, and reminders before an installment is due.

Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

There are no food or drink restrictions. You can bring your own caterer and wedding vendors, and many local caterers, rental companies and florists deliver to the house. The Digital Guestbook lists local caterers, rental companies and florists that deliver to the estate.
